This website is operated by Panoptic Systems, Inc. ("Panopticore"), a Delaware C-Corp based in Vicksburg, Mississippi. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Panoptic Systems, Inc..
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact and inquiry forms, including work email address, company name, role, and any notes or messages you provide. We also collect email addresses submitted through our mailing list signup.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested materials, evaluate design partner fit, and communicate about Panopticore. Mailing list subscribers receive periodic Insights posts. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers
We use the following third-party services to operate this site:
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, DNS, form CAPTCHA via Turnstile)
- Resend (transactional email delivery for form submissions)
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-preserving tool (such as Plausible or Fathom) that does not require cookie consent and does not collect personal identifiers.
Data retention
We retain form submission data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records. Mailing list subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, after which we will delete their email address within 30 days.
